I am responsible for finding potential manufacturing companies in the Philippines. I find companies on the internet and will contact them to set schedule meeting with my Boss. Once we get an inquiry from our customer, I will assist them and get the details for us to be able to provide them a quotation for their request. I am in-charge for handling email/phone support to assist our existing/future customer. I sometimes accompanied our boss with a scheduled company visit or manufacturing companies exhibition. I do daily communication with our HQ in Singapore to properly assist our customer with their warranty or some technical matters.
