Professional Experience
I have over 7 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S and Australian customers and over 2 years as a Technical Help Desk Analyst assisting customers globally and I have been freelancing for over a year now.
I can provide chat, email, ticket and phone support and will not hesitate to do extra mile to make my customers happy. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in understanding customer's needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
