I'm the competence and character that employers and entities look for. I was a Senior Trainer for a BPO company. I was immersed in evaluating agents' under-performance and analyzing triggering factors and finally coming up with intervention plans to address it and increase productivity. I am also an audacious advocate of excellent customer service both for internal and external customers. I strongly believe it’s what makes or breaks a business.

It’s my 3rd fruitful year working online for various clients for various industries. Over time, I still am amazed at how one can grapple so much learning from each experience.
