I am full experienced in manufacturing, mostly in Japanese company. Genba experiences educated me to be good problem solver, good analytic skill person, and also good project leader. My direct superior mostly Japanese people, conversation in Japanese was part of my daily job, my ability to speak and write in Japanese made smooth communication without any misunderstanding. I mostly used Japanese and also in English while presenting monthly or yearly report and other event of presentation. Good communication between me and my superior took good result in every project.
