I have worked as Call Center Agent for more than 2 years, handling inbound and outbound services. My computer skills include to working with a variety of software programs such as MS word, Excel and Outlook. My excellent reading, writing and verbal skills make communication with management, co-workers and customers easy and pleasant. I finished my Baccalaureate Degree at West Visayas State University with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English. I graduated as Cum Laude and awarded as Best Undergraduate Thesis with the title: "K-12 Strands Preferences of Grade 10 Students". I’m fluent in English, self-motivated, hardworking, dedicated, energetic, determined, responsible, trustworthy, an optimist, open to suggestions, can accept positive and constructive criticisms, can work with minimum supervision and a customer service oriented.
