I am mostly proficient in sociology, I have over 15 years experience in the public and private sectors working as
a bilingual ( French / English ) Customer Service, customer care representative in the telecommunication field and chat.
I have represented many and well known Companies such as Mcdonald's,The Government of Canada , Bank of American Express ,
Canadian Premier Life Insurance Co., Air France, KLM, Delta.
