1. Convenience Store (VinMart+ and Bách hoá XANH)
1-1. Displayed cold/frozen items in shelves or cases
-- > Especially, ice creams, frozen foods, daily products (fresh milk, yogurt etc)

1-2. Surrounding conditions outside the store

1-3. Delivery Truck for cold/frozen items
--> From the rear : Door opening
--> From the side : Entire truck (cool/frozen box)


1-4. Scene of unloading and carrying into the store

2. Wet (Traditional) Market
-- > Especially, displayed fresh meat and fish

3. Cool box / Ice pack for motorcycle delivery

4. Brief web-Interview
After the completion of above 1 to 3, we will conduct a brief interview using online tools (Teams or Zoom). I will ask you about the quality of fresh product sold at convenience stores and the usage status of fresh-food delivery services. I would like to ask your general opinion as a consumer.
