■ Tasks
• Develop and implement content plan derived from the overall Campaign strategy on a monthly basis.
• Research for new Social Media trends
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Develop target group specific picture, content with hashtags (texts, visuals, giveaways campaigns.)
• Adapt existing content for the market needs
• Responsible for the daily management of the Social Media Account, which means regular postings, interact with the audience, & respond to customer requests
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Monitor social media result and user engagement, turn the data into feedback for future content and engagement optimization
• Join the monthly evaluation call to exchange ideas with other Social Media Managers.

Because we overlook the entire manufacturing process - from idea to reality including all farming, production, and quality aspects. More than 70 different cold-pressed oils are being produced in organic quality: From “classic” such as rapeseed and sunflower oil to “gourmet” products such as walnut and pumpkin seed oil to flaxseed and black cumin vitality oils to support a healthy lifestyle.

• Professional or practical experience in the field of Social Media Marketing management
• Strong communication skills and have an interest in important company topics: sustainability and organic products.
• Work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• Creative, flexible and committed personality.
• Familiar with Instagram App and tracking tools
• Native in Japanese and good at copywriting in Japanese.
• Fluent in English in speech and writing
• Open-minded and curious for new trends
