1． Task
You will purchase the document shown in the attached table.
For those documents, you will survey on research methods and results related to radiation damage and thermal effects on materials such as mineral and rock as shown below and organize the contents of the survey as a report.
 material used in the test and its state（In particular, information on annealing and temperature）
 conditions and methods of irradiation
 material testing and measurement method
 the measured physical property value
 material test results（In particular, information on defect formation by radiation and recovery of defects by annealing）
 phenomenological interpretation and/or physical model explaining the experiment result

The requirements of the report are as follows.
① For each document, citing relevant figures and tables and sentences that explain it.
② Recording the page number and paragraph number as the position of the obtained information.

2． Workload
The survey targets are the 3 documents in the attached table. And for one document, the report should be about 250 words.

3． Deliverables
The format of the report is specified by us (MS Word). Inspection of the report is divided into two steps. Matters pointed out in the 1st inspection should be corrected by the 2nd inspection.
