Description
通販サイトでお買い物をしているお客様より、質問がある場合にチャットで通知がきます。通知はスマートフォン、もしくはブラウザに直接届きます。
通知がきましたら、チャット専用のウィンドウを開き、ユーザーからの質問に答えていただく形になります。
チャットがない時は、当社の指定するサイトにてチャット用のマニュアル作成をしていただきます。
チャットは英語または中国語で行いますので、応募にあたってはどちらかの言語が利用できることが前提となります。
主に買い物時のカスタマーサポートに限定されますので、専門知識なども不要です。またネイティブである必要はありません。

You will be notified by chat if there is a question from the customer shopping at mail-order site. Notifications will arrive directly on your smartphone or browser.
When you receive a notification, it opens a window dedicated to chatting and answers questions from users.
When there is no chat, we will make a manual for chatting at the site designated by our company.
Chat is conducted in English or Chinese, so assuming that either language can be used for entry.
Mainly because it is limited to customer support at the time of shopping, expert knowledge etc are also unnecessary. It also does not have to be native.

We support online chat of some mail-order sites operated by our company at home. It will take the form of answering questions from users visiting mainly on the website.

Details of remuneration
1時間 1,000円です。
仕事は1週間単位となり、
1) 日本時間 6pm 〜 0am
2) 日本時間 0pm 〜 6am
上記時間のいずれかで月曜日から金曜日までチャットスタンバイできる方です。
チャットスタンバイ中、実際にチャットをしていない時間も費用はお支払いされます。そのため、1日6時間・5日間まとめて仕事ができる方に限定されます。
発注は1週間単位で、1週間単位でWorkshift を介してお支払いされます。
納品形式は、適任者に納品用のエクセルファイルをお送りします。指定のMicrosoft Excel形式で納品して下さい。納品後、お支払いが確定されます。
プロジェクト予算は1日6時間月曜から金曜日までの時間（合計30時間）を基準に提案をお願いします。
