1) Getting appointments
a. We need to conduct interviews with 5 or 6 companies.
** Probably, it will be required to try to contact approx. 10 companies for fixing appointment with 5 or 6 companies
b. Candidate company list is provided by us. But information is only company URL, so it will be required to try to reach at key-persons section by your effort.
c. Request letter for interview is provided by us
d. Appointment is to be fixed under our company name, introducing yourself as “Project Coordinator & Researcher” of our company

2) Attendance at the interviews
a. Before the interviews, we will joint at the nearest MRT station and go to the company together.
b. Interview is supposed to be around 1 hour. As key questions are not very complicated, I will conduct the interview by myself in simple English.
c. We will prepare our company name card for you with the title of “Project Coordinator & Researcher”, we hope you to behave in an appropriate manner.

3) Preparation Work
a. Before the official order to you, I hope to talk with you through free call app (WhatsApp, WeChat, Line) to explain roughly the background and purpose.
b. We need to take pre-meeting (1 hour) with you upon arriving at Singapore
