Hi! We’re making a web service that you can reserve restaurants all over the world, and we’re looking for those who can take pictures of the Manila or Cebu restaurants that we'll be using in the service.

We would like you to take pictures of the restaurants in the list we provide. If you answer the additional survey about the store information and the atmosphere of the restaurant.
The pictures that you will submit have to be taken by you, and if they are accepted, any legal rights will belong to us.

Area, number of stores:
Manila, 10 stores
Cebu, 5 stores

Job details:
(1) Taking picture of restaurants
Please take pictures of outside, inside, and the menu of the restaurants.

(2) Additional survey about the restaurant
For the additional survey, please answer the following information of the restaurant such as (a) Business hours, (b) if the restaurant has private dining room, or (c) if the restaurant is suitable for family or business.

Payment:
For pictures and for the additional survey: 300 yen per restaurant
If you can take pictures and survey of 10 restaurant, we'll pay 3000 yen.
Transportation expenses will not be paid.


***Please note the following rules when you apply***
· Appropriation/quotations from third party material or web sites will not be accepted.
· Photographs taken or copyrighted by others, photographs taken of the above, as well as
those infringing the right of portrait of third parties will not be accepted
· Photographs will be checked for for illegal copying and appropriation, such as
discrepancies between equipment and photographs, appropriation from other media,
longitude and latitude discrepancies. Any photographs guilty of the above will be rejected
upon discovery.
· All rejected photographs shall be erased. Copyrights and all other rights of rejected
photographs shall be returned to the applicants.
· Please understand that photographs that do not conform to our desired image will not be
eligible for inspection. For example, photographs where faces of customers take up a large
amount of the photo, crooked photos, sepia and others digitally edited photos.
· Copyrights and all other rights of accepted photographs will be transferred from the
applicant to us.
