This job is posted by the hotel division of one of the leading real estate firms in Japan.
The job consists of 3 tasks:

① Read the hotel introduction materials and make editorial changes if necessary. Compensation for this is fixed at \2,000.

② Please introduce our hotel facilities by email to the 160 websites that we have listed up. You will need to find contact addresses for a number of websites. If the targeted websites respond that they will post the material if we pay them, please forward the message to us.
In order to prove that you have duly completed this task, please take a “screen capture” of each sent email and upload it to us. We will pay you \300 per website that you have emailed to.

③ If our hotel facility is posted free of charge on the website of any of the company on the list, we will pay you \3,000 per company as a success fee. If the company will not post our material unless a fee is paid, you will not be receive \3,000.

【Compensation Amounts】
① 2,000 yen (fixed) for reading and editorial changes
② 300 yen (per list)(There are 160 lists, so total could be 48,000yen) for sending material
③ 3,000 yen per website if a targeted company agrees to post free of charge

日本を代表する不動産会社のホテル部門からの仕事依頼です。
仕事内容は、3つあります。

① ホテル施設に関する紹介用資料を読み、必要に応じて修正してください。こちらの報酬は固定で2,000円です。

② こちらで準備したWebページ先に（160件）、ホテル施設を紹介してもらえるよう、資料をEメール等でお送りください。尚、送り先を調べてもらう必要があるWebページもあります。
また、「お金を払えば掲載する」と返信があった場合には、そのメッセージを弊社宛に転送して下さい。
資料を送った証拠として、スクリーンコピーを納品願います。
こちらの報酬は、300円/件です。

③ 準備したリスト先のHPに弊社施設が「無料」で紹介された場合、1サイトに付き3,000円の成功報酬をお支払いします。尚、お金を払わないと掲載されないWebページは、この成功報酬の対象ではありません。

【納期】2017年3月31日まで。

【報酬】①固定：2,000円、②件数ごと：300円/件（160件では48,000円）、③成功報酬：最大480,000円

【納品形態】エクセルシート（採用候補者に送ります）

【採用基準】
-　日本語、若しくは英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること
-　ベトナム語がネイティブであること
-　ワークシフト内のプロフィールが受実していること
また、採用前に本人確認をお願いすることもあります。
