We are a Tokyo/Japan travel marketing specialist.
To establish global tourism branding for Japan's regional areas overseas communication should be improved through consulting, branding campaigns, content creation, advertising, PR and more.
Our Japanese clients include both local and national government agencies as well as private companies with travel resources.
Our business partners include travel companies, airline companies, media and creators of every country.
On this occasion our goal is to network with Indonesian partner companies.


Request Summary
Target and contact Indonesian travel companies and travel media/creators using the following steps:
1) List up
2) Set up interview appointments
3) Arrange interpreter for the day of the appointments
In order for one person to complete all three steps a bilingual Japanese speaker is required.
To check the candidate's Japanese ability a Skype interview is required.
Candidates who have lived in Japan are welcome!
* Depending on the situation it may be that you are asked only to execute steps 1 or 1 and 2.


Compensation
1) 1 company ¥600 × max 20 companies = ¥12,00. Our goal is to list up 20 companies.
※ Listing up a minimum of 10 companies is our condition for the job.
2) 1 company ¥2,500 × 6～8 companies、maximum ¥15,000～¥20,000
3) 1 day ¥12,500, 2 days ¥25,000
Total：¥53,000～¥57,000


Job Details
1) List up. 1 company x max 20 companies = ¥12,000 (Goal).
Our goal is to list up 20 companies.
Listing up a minimum of 10 companies is our condition for the job.
We want to meet with local travel agents, airlines, and travel related media companies based in Indonesia.
*We are a company that works with overseas firms to plan and bring tourists to regional locations in Japan and sometimes, if it is a travel agent, we work together on travel gifts and if it is a media company we work together on travel and Japan projects.
*If the candidate company is a Japanese firm we will consider them as a candidate on the list but we prefer local Indonesian firms that are influential in the travel industry.
*We would like to target, list up, local travel agents who work with travel to Japan or airline firm who fly to Japan, especially flights to regional Japan areas , not Tokyo or Osaka.
*Individuals who are influential in the travel or creator industries are fine.

2) Setting up Interviews: 1 company ¥2,500 x 6~8
After a list is drawn up we will go through the list and create priorities for setting up appointments.
Then, after considering travel time, we will ask you to call, request permission for an appointment and arrange the interview time. We may have other appointments to attend so please be attentive to our schedule. The purpose of these meetings is to introduce ourselves and our company to the local company. We would like 3 to 4 appointments each day on both September 19th and 20th. The length of each meeting would be about one hour. We want an efficient use of time from morning to evening, including travel time to and from each meeting.
* We are not visiting companies to make a sales pitch or request a business contract!

3) Interpretation for meetings: 1 day = ¥12,500, 2 days = ¥25,000
The designated days are September 19th and 20th. There will be 2 people attending each meeting from our company, both can speak English and Japanese but not Indonesian.
We ask for a Japanese/Indonesian interpreter to be hired.
We will conduct a Skype conference call with the interpreter prior to the meetings to explain our company to the interpreter. The interpreting will not require special knowledge or skill, it will be standard interpretation.
It will be easier if the interpreter has experience travelling in regional parts of Japan.
On the designated days we will be using taxis, buses or trains. Our local branch in Indonesia does not have a company car.
* Please pay your own transportation fee to our hotel on the morning of the designated day.
We will pay all transportation costs of the transportation we use to and from the companies.
