ペルーにおける6つの特定の日用製品に関する「製品規格と規制」について調査を行ってください。調査の概要は以下の通りで、PowerPointまたはWordファイルで20ページ（A4）前後のレイアウトに報告書をまとめてください。
基本的にWeb検索から情報を収集していただきますが、関係政府機関へ連絡を取り確認の作業などもお願いします（デスクリサーチ）。

１．対象製品のcategoryに関する基本的な法規制上の定義（雑貨、医療機器等）　、その元となる基本法・国家基準　
２．確認した基本法令・概要（どのような趣旨法令・ 規制なのか）
３．製品に関する法規制の管轄する諸官庁はどこか 。
４．製品を国内で販売するにあたって事前に行政に製品登録等届け出の必要有無　　
５．登録・申請する場合、根拠となる規制情報及び 行政登録手続き 、提出資料情報
６．製品に関する品質基準や品質試験方法、材料・資材の使用制限やネガティブリストの存在有無
７．製品含有する化学物質規制有無
８．包装材及び広告等での表示規制 ※広告規制
９．外装箱、パッケージに記載が必要な表示事項
１０．規制・法律違反時の罰則・賞罰有無
１１．製品由来の健康被害が生じた場合の行政諸官庁への報告義務の有無（どのレベルで報告しないといけないか、健康被害or重篤など）

Please conduct research on the "product standards and regulations" applicable to six specific daily-use products in Peru. The overview of the research scope is provided below. Compile your findings into a report formatted in either PowerPoint or Word, with approximately 20 pages (A4 size).
Information should primarily be gathered through web research; however, you are also expected to contact relevant government agencies to verify details as necessary (desk research).

The report should include the followings:
1. Basic regulatory definition of the product category (e.g., general goods, medical device) and the underlying laws/standards.
2. Overview of the relevant laws/regulations (purpose and scope).
3. Competent authorities responsible for regulating the product.
4. Whether product registration/notification is required before sale in the domestic market.
5. If registration is required, regulatory basis, administrative procedure, and necessary documents.
6. Existence of quality standards, testing methods, material restrictions, or negative lists.
7. Regulations on chemical substances contained in the product.
8. Labeling and advertising regulations (including packaging/advertising).
9. Mandatory labeling items on outer box/packaging.
10. Penalties or sanctions for regulatory violations.
11. Obligation to report to authorities in case of health damage caused by the product (and reporting threshold: general health damage or only serious cases).
