特定の商品に関して、フィリピンにおける、「規格」や「輸入規制」の調査をお願いします。
調べていただきたい項目は、以下の４項目になります。
①こちらからお送りする資料の新し年度版のものが発行されているかどうかを確認
②もし発行されていれば、その資料を入手
③その資料に書かれている規制が、現在の輸入制約・現地での条件になっているかどうか。（新しいものがあった場合もしくは現状規制（古い資料）で）
④この規制の適用を受けるとき現地での試験できる機関名とそのリスト

Bureau of standards（https://bps.dti.gov.ph/）や輸入関税局、業界団体への電話コンタクトによるインタビュー調査も発生します。

Please conduct a research on the "standards" and "import regulations" for a specific product in the Philippines.
The research should cover the following four items:
1. Verify whether a new fiscal year edition of the document we will send has been published or not.
2. If published, obtain that document.
3. Check whether the regulations written in the document are current with respect to import restrictions and local conditions.
Also, please check if there are any new regulations or if it's based on current/old regulations.
4. When these regulations apply, provide the name of the local institution where testing can be conducted.

Interviews via phone contact may also be conducted with the Bureau of Standards (https://bps.dti.gov.ph/), the Import Customs Office, and industry associations.

We will send the details of the research to the person deemed suitable.
