I've been working for BPO for more than 5 years with different roles , I started as a Customer Service Representative wherein we needed to assist our customer with their Billing concerns, Account Inquiry , Payments and Account verification. we cater a mobile and internet company and doing sales is also included .after 2 years I applied for a Technical Support /chat support post for the same account where in we assist our customers if they need assistance for troubleshooting, particularly with their mobile and home internet issues. we cater different kinds of operating systems from Windows XP, 7,8,10 . for mobile phones we also handle few brands like Samsung, Apple, Blackberry, HTC phones . so all in all when it comes to multi tasking I can say that I have an excellent records as we handle a lot of customers per day , and when it comes to customer assistance I'm more focused in promoting am excellent Customer Service . giving them WOW on set of our call/chat and assurance that at the end of our call/ chat our issues will be resolved .
