Project: IT Support for Desigual®

Tasks involved:

1) Coordination of ITCenter during the weekend.

2) Technical support of all the IT assets in the headquarters as well as international remote sites (Tokyo, Paris, NYC).

3) New openings of Franchise and Retail stores abroad (UAE, Japan, Peru, Panama, USA, Denmark, China, etc.). Mounting and network connections set up in the rac as well as point of sale configuration.

4) Writing and revising internal IT procedures in English.

>Tools used: Active Directory, ServiceDesk Plus, Windows Server 2012 , Windows 7, Front Retail, SAP, DameWare, ICG Manager, Microsoft SQL, etc.
