- Weekly progress reports on Jira with the X-ray Plug-in
- Bug tracking on Jira
- Bug recreation and issues following
- Test Cases creation and update
- VPN configuration and connection
- Calls with the Client in San Diego by Skype or Hangouts

During my time working in Globant I did courses of:
Jira Agile, Story Mapping, Basic Testing, POO in Java, First Aid, Metrics: First steps and English.
