I have earned certificates and commendations through my outstanding performance as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. I was able to sell credit cards and insurance plan and at the same time attend to the customers needs. I was able to take calls 80-100 calls per 8 hour shift.

I have worked my way up by taking advantage of the opportunities and was hired as an AVP-trainer. I conducted orientation and training for new and tenured agents. I also facilitated leadership training for supervisors and handle client visits. Though I was already a trainer, I still took escalated calls and troubleshoot customers' issues.
