TERMS OF REFERENCE:
1. Maintain accounts, cashbook, bank reconciliation and assist in preparing reports as per the administrative and financial guidelines of WHO;
2. Assist the EPI program in tracking SOEs on LCS and monitor their collection for the program;
3. Verify, on behalf of the DC, the operational accounts and travel claims of the Surveillance Medical Officers (SMO), EPI Facilitators & Drivers before sending them to WHO for adjustment;
4. To assist Divisional Health staff in delivering essential logistics arriving from National EPI/HQ to different Divisional health facilities;
5. Arrange travel for any AFP case that is referred to Dhaka for further testing;
6. Maintain an inventory of all the project equipment, and furniture;
7. Maintain administrative documents concerning personnel, vehicle and office;
8. Maintain divisional paperwork; staff contracts, track vacation, and various leases; follow up on vehicle license, insurance and inspection;
9. To facilitate in implementation of WHO / IVD program at Divisional level and to provide all administrative support to the Divisional Coordinator (DC) and SMOs in the management of the program;
10. To provide support for DC in collecting program data from SMOs , their analysis and to assist in preparation of presentations for Divisional coordination meetings;
11. To provide support to Divisional health staff in maintenance of Divisional Database on EPI manpower, logistic and cold
chain equipment;
12. To provide support to DC in maintaining Divisional database on Divisional performance;
13. Provide logistical assistance in maintenance of Divisional WHO vehicle fleet;
14. Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
