Started with a role as a Tier 1 representative where I answered calls of uses of Quickbooks regarding but not limited to using the accounting software, correcting errors, bank reconciliation and preparing financial reports. After 6 months in the said role, I was chosen to be a Tier 2 representative, the Escalations Team. In the said role, I answered calls from Tier 1 representatives when the callers is looking for alternative solution or if the Tier 1 rep deem that the issue at hand is beyond their scope of knowledge and skill. After a year in the said role, I was then chosen to be a Subject Matter Expert where I was assigned to a team of Tier 1 representatives as their primary go-to-guy for questions about his/her call.
