: • Sending necessary documentation (Pre-Alert) for the import of cargo belonging to SOUTHERN PERU COPPER CORPORATION and SAVIA
• First communication with SOUTHERN PERU COPPERCORPORATION's suppliers about the promised delivery dates of purchase orders EXW or FCA.
• Communication with suppliers of SOUTHERN PERU COPPER CORPORATION about the expiration of the promised dates and updating them in the MIQ system.
• Update of checkpoints of purchase orders of SOUTHERN PERU COPPER CORPORATION in the MIQ system.
• Communication with buyers of SOUTHERN PERU COPPER CORPORATION about different situations that arise with the purchase orders, whether they are due dates, difference with supplier invoices, among others.
• Documentation review of import of SOUTHERN PERU COPPER CORPORATION and SAVIA.
• Quote of shipments of SOUTHERN PERU COPPER CORPORATION
