This work envolves daily communication with providers, freight forwarders and custom brokers. I'm in charge of following the operative and documentation of import process. Also I manage the paperwork for bank transfers and credit letters. For exportation I issue invoice, packing list and get the paperwork ready in order to liquidate currencies.
The biggest change I've made in my current workingplace is that i've improved the way the squad makes the cost calculation of each import.
Working for Tenacta S.A. has enriched me highly, allowing me to add knowledge in the areas of health and electrical security.
