I'm an experienced customer service and technical support agent having worked for 3 years with Australian company Telstra Business. My duties included answering incoming calls from prospective clients, IT & customers giving them support for their internet connections, domain email set up on a third party Email client. I can provide high-quality output even under pressure and can balance a large quantity of work. I am experienced in MS Word, speed typing, Technical support connection internet, domain setup but always open to learning new tools if there are different one you prefer to work with.
