• Attending customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Involved in conceptualizing Marketing Strategies to increase sales
• Prepares, updates and maintains marketing collaterals
• Answering phone calls and emails, performs email marketing and researching,
• Corresponds to other business partners and clients
• Assisting guests on making reservations in an informative and helpful manner
• Skillfully anticipates and addresses guests’ service needs
• Ensures to attempt to gain back clients’ trust if cancellation requests arise
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned
• Making reports of daily activities and sales progress to the VP - Sales and Marketing.
