ONSTAR. Worked as an Advisor for Landline Department to assist customers with their general concerns, such as; determining calling minutes available on their car, securing their safety on the road by giving instructions & directions like eg; emergency assistance and towing services.
A Billing Advisor for Inbound and Offline work that assists customers with their billing inquiries, statements and reactivation of their account.

Project Amazon: under Customer Care Department for general inquiries about a certain products & placing orders thru online shopping.

• Doing some statistics research and Personality Tests such as HTP, Rorschack Inkblot Test, Thematic Apperception test etc.; to determine dynamics of patients present illness.
• Providing extra- curricular activities for the patients such as teaching them to dance, sing, drawing and on how to cook in able to help them refresh their mind and to still have active lifestyle.
