Facilitate and conduct Capacity Development to LGUs and other stakeholders affected by ST Haiyan through: 1. Developing skills in managing displacement sites during evacuation 2. Develop areas of coordination, collaboration and cooperation among other stakeholders 3. Define roles and function, duties, responsibilities and lines of coordination
Reason for Leaving : End of Contract/ Program
4. Ensure the delivery of essential services to the victims of disaster and calamities 5. Establish durable solution for the internally displaced person and to the affected communities.  Prepare and submit propose training program with its concept note.  Coordinate with target areas or community regarding its training program.  Ensure communication and proper coordination with target participants, a week before the date of training.  Ensure participants meet its training objectives  Represent IOM within various relevant UN working and coordination groups, meetings and seminars, if necessary.  Prepared and submit monthly progress reports and compile regular narrative reports in accordance with donors reporting timeline.  Identify gaps to the smooth implementation of given task and propose solutions and/or consult the Operations Coordinator in a timely manner.  Perform such other duties that may be assigned.
