•Provided engineering support to manufacturing and field components on the GEnx program
•Reviewed and provided solution to MRB reports of GEnx Variable Stator Vane (VSV) components to determine impact and disposition of nonconforming (NC) components
•Developed database of recurrent MRB analyses
•Performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS simulation software and GE property software as part of MRB reports analysis
•Performed dimensional analyses to determine impact of NC parts on assembly
•Performed assigned engineering projects of the GEnx program according to client's specific requirements and focusing on weight and cost improvement
•Created test procedure requirements for VSV mechanical parts testing in the different GE laboratories worldwide, as part of design validation processes
•Presented assigned projects' topics to internal and external Technical and Systems Boards with support information during the different project phases
•Responsible for the Variable Mechanisms Laboratory of the High Pressure Compressor group at GEIQ facilities
•Led Strain Gauge initiative for creation and implementation of strain gauge based force sensors building and testing at GEIQ facilities, using National Instruments equipment
