Major Responsibilities:-
• Provide Oversight and accomplishment of financial management in a timely manner as per CARE's policies to the Donors project Manager and partners
• Ensure payment relating to all program expenditures e.g. salaries and benefits, purchases, prepayments, travel advance and program advances.
• Tracking of Advance, Expenditure Aging and Contract Period of Sub-Grantees(Partners)
• Enhance the financial management efficiency and capacity of Partner’s Organization
• Year End Fiscal Year Closing on coordination of CO.
• Transmission of Financial report to Central Office
• Conduct training for staff as well as partners organization on the many aspect of the financial management including budgeting, advance management, documents required for payments, auditing and cash management.
• Prepare and assist to prepare project budget and revisions
• Coordinate and maintain liaison with partners, Banks, Vendors, Line agencies, Communities and project staff and finance section staff.
• Planning for Project Audit for Partners and other stakeholders
