Sr.Media Executive

 Maintain good Relation with different vendors, different media houses and clients.
 Analysis of media such as TV, Print, Radio & outdoor.
 Assist in formulation and execution of media plans.
 Develop media strategy as per the advertiser’s target audience by the profile of the target and the media vehicle.
 Developing a media plan for the proper mileage of the client product.
 Production of different product as per the budget of the clients like Press Production, BTL etc.
 Providing quotation for the different products
 Handle media related services like media planning, scheduling, and coordinating
 Support the account team in developing, executing, and monitoring media plans for print campaign
 Purchase print space in newspapers and magazines
 Co-ordinate with different print houses for press releases, conferences and other media coverage
 Maintain detailed records of all release, plans and schedules
 Use appropriate ideas to maximize media/print commission and margin
 Check the status of each client’s job in the creative department and verify/follow up the jobs so that the job will be completed on time
 Communicate the client’s feedback to the creative department
 Be completely responsible and accountable for the assigned projects
 Discuss any issue arising in their work of area with the supervisor /manager
