Responsible for improving processes and management systems. Development of roadmap for the implementation of asset inventory of railway infrastructure in the Netherlands.

Main functions:
Extensive research on lifecycle management of rail projects.
Monitoring information management processes of rail infrastructure.
Collaboration with the team of Rail Data and groups Design, Construction andAsset Management in Arcadis.Multi-sectoral coordination with stakeholders in PPP projects: ProRail (owner manager), Rijkswaterstaat (Ministry of Infrastructure) and involved in the production, maintenance and operations contractors.
Valuation of risks and proposed mitigation mechanisms.

Coordination trips to 15 provinces in Peru and Santiago de Chile.
Effective stakeholder management with :dealers, contractors and suppliers (Peru, Chile, Germany, South Korea, China).
Reporting on work progress.
Budgeting for imported items.
Development of manual for installing structural elements of corporate identity.
