To develop the plan schedule for implementation in coordination with team and the
guidelines provided by Board of Director.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plan vs. achievement report and
submit to BBC Management.
Act as Office Incharge and coordinate the day to day activities during the absent of
Managing Director.
Preparation and submission of different periodic reports as per the requirements of
particular projects.
Correspondence and communication within organization and other line agencies
Implement administrative polices and procedure and monitor the activities of the office.
Strong documentation and data management
Understand, analyze and explain appropriately the situation at field level and proper
coordination to team members as per need.
Responsible to prepare the required reports, field visit for conducting FDGs and others.
Support to conduct various need assessments; develop various formats, procedures,
guidelines, preparation of training modules, production of logistic/training materials,
conduction of ToT for field staffs.
Provide supports/guidance to the field staff
Monitoring/supervision of project activities carried out by the field staff, consultants and
other service providers.
Experience in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project
initiation to closeout stages.
Reporting of progress made as per the prescribed formats/periods
Undertake whatever other tasks may be necessary for the smooth running of the program
