In 2006, I set out to start an off-shore development firm by the name of SoftProdigy.
At SoftProdigy, My role and responsibilities included:-

- Writing C++ and C# code and unit tests for the first ever open-source application performance management tool for .NET by the name of ProfileSharp
- Writing technical and semi-technical blogs on .NET and APM (Application Performance Management) Domain with a focus on .NET
- Performing various Business Development Activities
- Recruitment
- Project Management
- Other miscellaneous activities as required to run an off-shore business

Started with a total staff strength of two members In 2005, SoftProdigy quickly stepped up to a total staff strength of 100+ by 2010 and over a million USD in annual turnover, major businesses being driven from online freelancing portals

- Writing VBA Scripts for automation tools and performance management apps
