• Ensure smooth usages of IT facilities at District and Cluster level;
• Provide training to Data-entry Operator (DEO) at 05 cluster office.
• Supervise all DEO for error free data validation process for MIS.
• Assist and Coordinate with cluster level Data Entry Operator (DEO) as well as Book Keeper.
• Manage and maintain data cleaning, scanning and quality checking etc.
• Troubleshoot basic problem of computer hardware, software and LAN at District and Cluster Offices.
• Produce Report on the basis of user requirement in-consultation with Field staff
• Update online MIS (Management Information System at District & Cluster Level.
• Monitor Data Entry Function at Cluster level and Ensuring timely data entry into online MIS system.
• Generate various Reports from MIS system (Ex: word, Excel, Access etc )
• Assist Regional Monitoring & Learning Specialist and Regional/District MIS Officers to achieve project PDOs, use E-Project Monitoring System (SDF-MIS) at all level.
• Provide necessary information to Regional Program Director, Regional Specialist (MIS) and District Program Manager.
