I worked as Customer Support for Billing and Sales Account. I process customer bills payment make sure that they pay their bills on time and also assist them with different billing concern and question. I make sure that all of their issue has been resolve before the call ended. Aside form billing concern I also do up selling wherein we offer our products to customer and assist them all thorough the buying process. I also aim to give the best customer service for all our customer.

I worked here as Customer Support for online account access and email support. I walked the customer through the website on how they can access and manage their account and also assist them whenever they have problem logging in to their account and same as with their email as well. We also assist them on buying our product online and also assist them on paying their bills online by walking them through the website. Before the call ends I make sure that I provided best resolution for the customer and make sure that all of their concerns has been taking care of.
