Conducts initial interviews and online assessments
Opens and sorts incoming resumes then forwards them to the appropriate recruiter for review

Inputs necessary information into the applicant/resume tracking database in an accurate and timely manner
Provides general support for the HR department including copying, faxing, typing, and supply maintenance
Schedules applicant drug tests and orders background checks
Processes all recruitment related invoices (i.e., advertisement fees, outside vendor services, etc.) and recruitment staff travel and entertainment expense reports
Makes travel arrangements for applicants, if necessary
Stocks recruitment supplies such as folders, videos, promotional items, etc.
Generates new employee packets to keep up with the demand.
