• Managing Screening centre operation in Bangladesh.
• Product Life Cycle Management planning responsible for the country unit.
• Responsible to formulate delivery strategy together with Service delivery Manager & Account Managers to Manage Delivery towards all the customers.
• Feedback regarding costing to delivery organization in order to improve competitive position
• Responsible for overseeing HWS delivery operations including Warehousing, Transportation and Repairs and ensuring that EBL objectives and targets for HWS delivery towards its Customers are achieved
• Secure Contract Delivery / Fulfilment for all customers in accordance to WLA. This includes but not limited to : Service Levels, Turn Around Time, Delivery Precision, Faulty Unit Returns, Shipment Terms, Customer Serviceable Unit List (CSUL), etc
• To develop/coach the team members through empowerment, in order to reach high employee satisfaction and excellent result
