I worked with BlackBerry as a Technical Support Representative for almost 2 years. I am responsible handling technical issues with BlackBerry device. If the case is unresolvable, I have to escalate
it to our Higher Level of Support for further assistance and investigation. I am a master of multi tasking and make sure that I will get the job well done. I am happy resolving Software issues of our Customers and make sure that they have a WOW experience.

Project Lead Solutions

Executive Marketing Assistant- VA

I have worked home based as an Executive Marketing Assistant with Project Lead Solutions in Australia. I basically handle calls and talk to Project Managers and Architects for a construction project in Melbourne VIC. I ask when will be the tender date for a certain supply, for example balustrade, hot water system, grab rails. Then I will be sending them an Expression of Interest (EOI) and then make a report
for the good leads that I have got for the whole week. And I will be sending that to my boss Matthew Migliore. I have good communication skill and detail oriented as it is required in my field of work. Mistake in not an option with this. I have to get every details true and correct. I am also knowledgeable in MS Excel and also Web mail and Oz hosting for there I am sending the EOI for each leads I get.
