Time efficient services Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian Security Company, based in Rockdale, New South Wales, Australia. Thereafter transferred to Care and Care Australia Pty Ltd(Trading as Santeri Security), Roselands, Canterburry, NSW, and started work since April 2014 under the same management of Time Efficient services Australia Pty ltd. The company provides security guards to it’s different customers in New South Wales, Australia. Working as incharge of Bangladesh Liaison office at Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Key responsibilities:
• The main point of contact with security guards with the help of communication tools: Email, Skype and telephone.
• Prepare roster for the guards and fix their duties.
• Prepare weekly invoices for the different customers as per the duties of the guards.
• Prepare guard payment sheet as per the guard’s time sheet.
• Overall responsibility on data entry management at Smart Agent security software.
• Maintain liaison with the clients regarding their needs and requirements.
