Engineer Project Mechanical

Responsible for detailed Engineering - Construction Package & Procedures, Construction Management, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.

 Worked on project WBS, schedule preparation, planning of project resources, budget allocation, maintain time sheet and control man-hours for activities, and perform project close out in order to maintain projects data and ensure accessibility of information to project team members.

 Ensured the execution of projects by planning during the engineering phase and controlling suring the site execution within the company applicable policy, procedures and guidelines.

 Engaged and Responsible in the development of Project Execution plan and ensure it addresses proactive control of project scope, quality, cost and schedule, report on progress, identify deviations.

 Effectively adhere to the reporting requirements and support the project manager in weekly and monthly reporting of project status and progress.

 Keep regular meetings with contractors to review safety, progress and all project related items and produce ACTION MOM.

 Coordinates design review and safety review meetings to ensure compliance with work scope.

 Monitor progress and take timely corrective actions where necessary to limit delay and risk.

 Involved in preparation and finalization of technical and contractual documents under CAPEX department. Contributed in finalization of the technical specifications, verification of the Bills and measurement involved in the fabrication & erection of steel structure, erection of mechanical equipment of the project.

 Hands on experience in Techno commercial activities like,
 Quotation inquiry, evaluating and appointing appropriate suitable contractors,
 Dealing with different agencies as well as contractors,
 Material Selection - requisitions and PO raising in SAP module

 Familiar with Fabrication and Erection of Structure and Plate works as per drawing.

 Successfully completed Erection and Commissioning of
 Rotating equipments like blowers, fans, Packer m/c- Conveying machines like belt bucket elevators and Belt conveyor, Truck Loaders, bag diverters etc.
 Static Equipments Like Air Slides, Magnetic Detector, Steel Hoppers, Steel Bins, Bagfilters, Baghouse, Butterfly valves, Motorize Gates, Pneumatic Gates and Manual Gates etc.

 Mile Stone: Within stipulated time period of 58 days, successfully completed erection-commissioning of two (OPC and PPC) Silos and 5nos Packing plant circuit includes 2 nos. packer - Belt Bucket elevators and Vibrating screen, 15 nos Truck loading machines as well as its connecting belt/air slide, Control Gate and Bulk Loading machines (M/s Enexco make),
Bag filters etc, all with supporting fabricated structure.
 Experience in erection of Vertical roller mill (LOESCHE make, Germany ) and its feeding circuit.
