Community eCenter Manager

I manage a telecenter owned by the government. We provide trainings on digital literacy to enable, empower and transform the lives of our constituents. We help individuals find access in the use of ICT in their daily lives and as well as find opportunities for employment.

I was one of the people who established the telecenter as a Public Private Partnership Program. We have received various recognition in the national level and twice an Outstanding Community eCenter in the Philippines.
