• Led the integration & implementation of Core Banking System project (CBS): BANKULTIMUS in BD Finance.
• Analyze existing business processes and develop detailed requirements for Technology solution, proposes changes that may or may not be related to automation or technology.
• Product Development (Full SDLC): Architecture, Design, Development, Quality Assurance and Deployment.
• Redesign the Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery strategy for improved availability of critical systems, infrastructure, personnel, and facilities.
• Analyze the implications & redesign the Information Technology policy based on Bangladesh Bank IT policy guideline.
• Being a member of ManCom (Management Committee) of BD Finance, participate in Strategy and Objective setting for BD Finance in different areas.
• Being a member of Risk Management Committee of BD Finance, ensure Risk mitigation, cost minimization and quality optimization inside the team as well as in the company as a whole.
• Assesses and documents impact of the applications or systems to the integrated Organization’s systems environment.
• Perform end user training and application awareness sessions.
• Negotiate service level agreements with vendors.
