Provide a guest Wi-Fi assignment
Assist HOD & staffs with meeting room booking
New staff briefing on their first day (card apply, stationary, issue letter, phone setup, setup new table)
Key in all employee leave forms, prepare leave summary and update HR calendar
Key in all staff attendance report, for each month
Staff Welfare for hospitalisation, death and new-born
(Ordering flowers/wreath/ fruit basket)
Liaise with building management on related issues
Liaise with Tele Dynamics / Telekom should there be problem
Any other responsibilities that management may assign from time to time
