Taking in calls from existing and new customers regarding product inquiries, customizing their renewal program for each product line, inquiries about billings, logistics and maintenance of their accounts. Each caller has their own concern and representatives must handle them confidently and efficiently. There will be instances that there are irate customers because of billings and unexpected deliveries and we should assist them with the best service we can provide. Our work is mostly concern about retaining our customers.
