Customer Service And Sales Representative

I work as Customer Service Representative at the moment. I usually receive incoming calls from Australian customers regarding their mobile, SMS, Internet services. I also do Emails/Tickets. I answers all their query regarding the services that we offers and also doing live Chat. My job covers billing, processing payment, placing and sending orders all at the same time including activation and reporvisioning/modifications of their services.
