Human Resource Executive
2013/12～
I am a 26 years old young lady with Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management (Hons) from Mara University of Technology. I am currently working with a property developer based in Malaysia, as Human Resource Executive since December 2013.
In my current employment, I take in charge of general HR functions which basically involve communication with employees and potential employees (candidates), handling on-boarding program for new hire, assisting my manager in ad –hoc task, issuing correspondent letters, handling disciplinary cases, managing HR system, maintaining data, updating organisation chart, handling Group Insurance and managing special projects assigned by my manager.
In another word, I see myself as an “all-rounder”, who is generally good in wide range of things.
In term of professional skills, I have experience using several HR systems like Sage Easypay and Kaizen. But since I am a tech savvy millennial, I believe that I would be able to work with any kind of HR system provided.
In person, I would describe myself as a passionate leaner and a doer. I believe there’s a solution to every problem. I tend to do things in my way, which I believe it can help me to work independently and contribute to the company (and self) growth. I am that kind of person who hear something impossible and do it anyway. I am a risk taker and would proudly wear any mistakes that I learnt from as a badge of honour.
