• Successfully complete all the trainings provided
• Successfully complete a Columbia University human subject protection course
• Contact potential research participants referred by partnering organization
• Conduct the informed consent process with research participant who decide to participate
• Maintain weekly communication
• Send written record of all interviews
• Participate in weekly research team conference call via Skype
• Treat all research participant with respect and dignity.
