Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitate and supervise the job placement and apprenticeship program of the students
• Responsible for briefing the on-the-job student-trainees who intend to conduct practicum exposure in the HOTEL/ COMPANY
• Provide the on-the-job student-trainee the basic orientation on work values, behavior, and discipline to ensure smooth cooperation with the HOTEL/COMPANY
• Issue an official endorsement vouching for the well being of the on-the-job student-trainee which shall be used by the HOTEL/COMPANY for processing the application of the student-trainee
• Act as the Liaison Officer between TRAINING PROVIDER and the HOTEL/COMPANY. Thus, monitoring student-trainees performance in the HOTEL/COMPANY

Front Desk Officer
2008/01~
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer all queries of walk-in customers
• Answer all queries on phone, cell phones & online chat
• Assigned to Enroll students in Crash courses, CLP ( every 3 months)
• Assigned to find a faculty to handle the classes
• Assigned to issue PROMISORRY NOTE per modular exam
• Assigned to Control students in Care giving & Healthcare (Issue load assessment form)
• Assigned to release forms like INC, load revision, subject credit form
• Sometimes, assist the cashier, print assessment & COR for regular students
• Task to inform the students if classes has been cancelled
• Report for Crash course accountabilities
• Report for CLP payables
