- Organizing company events such as gathering, outbound, local and overseas business trip
- Performing reference check (calling referral names from each potential candidates to get the information about the candidates)
- Making Internal Office Memo (IOM) and Mutual Business Agreement (MOU)
- Arranging and facilitating Kick Off Meetings
- Making rundown or timetable for internal meetings
- Assisting Japanese Director while meeting with Japanese Clients and writing the summary
- Assisting Client's interviews
- Input Enquiries from Japanese clients, control the progress of enquiries which the company received from clients
- Searching candidates from Job Portals for internal recruitment
